Once submitted, you’ll receive a personal reply—typically within the hour—to arrange a brief, ten-minute private call.
If we both feel the fit is perfect, you’ll choose your experience, and a deep-dive conversation will be scheduled. An invoice for the retainer will then secure your place on my calendar.
From there, your bespoke project takes shape—crafted in quiet collaboration until your words shine with your voice, your polish, your unique message.

After You Apply

private call.
2. A ten-minute connection —
We’ll make sure the fit feels perfect before moving forward.
3. Your place secured —
An invoice for the retainer is provided to lock in your date. The balance is due upon final approval of your letter.
Once we begin
1. Deep-dive conversation.
Scheduled within 3–5 days of deposit.
2. Delivery.
Your polished letter is typically delivered in a digital, print-ready formate within 2–3 weeks after our conversation.
